Strawberries are loaded with antioxidants, and are cheaper if bought frozen. Yogurt is great for your gut, and will help your immune system. Even if you sub it out, this recipe is perfect for people with limited time because of the five minute preparation. It tastes so good, and is super easy so younger kids can help too!
Ingredients
4 cups frozen strawberries
3 Tablespoons agave nectar or honey
1/2 cup plain yogurt (can substitute sour cream, mashed banana, or avocado)
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice (do not add if using sour cream)
Instructions:
Add the frozen strawberries, agave nectar (or honey), yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor. Process until creamy, about 5 minutes.
Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

👏🏽 Awesome 😎
